We know there’s a lot that goes into planning a wedding, so that’s why we are here to help you as much as possible. Our main goal is to give you a stress-free and comfortable experience while capturing your beautiful day. From the first time we connect until the delivery of your photos and album, we’re here for you!

Let's talk:

After confirming our availability, we would love to discuss the details of your wedding! We love working with couples and coming up with a wedding day timeline specific to their day. We'll give examples of different coverage options to see what would work best for you and the flow of your day.

Booking your date:

After you decided on us for your wedding, we'll send you an online contract that you'll be able to review and sign. Once we receive your contract along with a 50% retainer fee that locks in your date, we can start planning your engagement session! The remaining 50% is due one month before your wedding.

Planning your engagement session:

It's super important to learn the best ways of working together before the wedding day, and this is why we include an engagement session in all of our packages! It allows us an opportunity to understand you as a couple and vise versa. That way, you'll be familiar with our communication and style of photography before your wedding. And it's a great chance to get comfortable in front of the camera. We have recommended locations that we photograph often, or if you have any ideas in mind, we love new places!

Planning your wedding:

If you need help finding additional vendors, we have a preferred vendors list. We love working with them all, and they are very talented people. Also, you'll have our tips and timing packet, which will help you while planning. We will check in with you six months beforehand to see how everything is going and to help however we can. Then, our wedding questionnaire gets sent out two months before the big day. The questionnaire is what gets everyone on the same page. One final check-in within the week of your wedding to confirm everything and we'll be set!

The wedding day:

Our goal is to capture formal photos and real moments throughout the whole day, and we're able to do this working together. We'll be ready and prepared with your timeline, family formals, and any other important details so you can relax and enjoy every moment of your wedding!

Your final photos:

You’ll have a sneak peek from your wedding within one week! We will upload these photos to your online gallery, so you'll have access to them right away to use them for thank you's, social media, etc. We ask for 8-10 weeks to edit and deliver your final photos.
