Glimpse: Sarah + Jesse, Folino Estate Wedding Photography

There is no better way to start our 2019 wedding season than at the beautiful Folino Estate with an amazing couple. We had the pleasure of previously working with Sarah and Jesse during their engagement session and just knew their wedding day would be a real joy to photograph. Not only do they look great together but the warm embrace they have for each other seems to come through in every photo. The entire day took place at the charming Folino Estate starting with the girls getting ready. The guys arrived shortly after and bared the windy March weather for a few photos out side before we set Jesse up for their first look. It was time for him to set eyes on his soon to be wife for the first time all in a truly romantic first look. The spring winds really started to pick up and we decided to keep everyone’s hair intact and finish off some formals photos inside. No worries because Folino is beautiful wherever you look. The weather did not however deter the lovely couple from grabbing a few outdoor portraits with the architecture. Now it was time to say their actual “I do’s” and that’s exactly what they did with friends and loved ones there to share in that perfect moment. A quick ceremony and everyone was ready to eat, drink and dance with the newly weds for the first time. It truly is a blessing to surrounded by so much love and Sarah and Jesse enjoyed the rest of their night in great company. We would like to give a huge congrats to this wonderful couple and also thank Jesse and his friends who heroically serve our country in the US military. What a great way to start our season!

Glimpse: Kelsey + Matt, Folino Estate Winery Wedding Photography

Coming to a close in our wedding season is always a bittersweet moment. On one hand, we look forward to hibernating for winter yet, on the other hand, we will greatly miss all the amazing couples we’ve met. Kelsey and Matt’s warming winter wedding was the perfect way to say goodbye to a great year. The day started off with the girls getting all done up while enjoying snacks, drinks, and tons of laughs. We must say they looked great in matching flannels and even had perfectly matched personalized mugs. What a great color theme! Meanwhile, Matt and his guys were finishing up a few doors down. A few more candids and some edgy shots of the guys hanging out and then we were off to the venue. Folino Estate winery is truly a magical place this time of year. The warm architecture of the venue complimented the cool grey sky in the most inviting way and we couldn’t wait to start shooting. As Kelsey was getting into her dress, Matt was excitedly taking photos with his guys in the front of the venue, and just like that, it was time for their first look. A slow and romantic walk, a tap on the shoulder, and Matt laid eyes on his soon to be wife. What a moment! All that was left now was to actually get married! So everyone headed inside and witnessed this amazing couples tie the knot. Every part of the day got better and better and now was the time for the celebration! Laughter filled toasts, some one on one time with mom and dad, and a whole lot of dancing filled the night with joy. And as if things couldn't have gone better the sparkler send-off, in the end, was truly the cherry on top! We want to give a huge congrats to Kelsey + Matt and wish them a lifetime of happiness!

Glimpse: Sarah + Lee, Rodale Wedding Photography

We are very excited to share our most recent blog because the lovely couple is not only an amazing looking bride and groom but they are great friends as well! We have known Sarah + Lee for several years and shared so many awesome moments together. From younger days playing guitar with Lee to making organic cuisine with Sarah, we knew this wedding was going to be another great memory and one for the books. Sarah + Lee wanted an autumn wedding day and that is exactly what we got! The cool grey sky was the perfect backdrop for all the fall color and details to pop right out of the scene and a little drizzle was nothing this bridal party couldn’t handle. A very exciting first look led right into portraits and it was almost time to say their vows. Friends and Family stayed warm and cozy with the help of fall-themed blankets as they watched Sarah + Lee say I do. Mazel Tov! Now it’s time to party! Thanks to so many amazing vendors Sarah’s + Lee’s personalities and vision really came through in all the beautiful fall and Halloween themed details that adorned the barn everywhere. Delicious treats and food trucks warmed everyone up and the Craig Thatcher Band got that barn rocking with his bluesy jams. It was one of those nights you didn’t want to end! We want to give another big congrats to these two newlyweds and truly wish them a lifetime of happiness!

Glimpse: Erin + Khristopher, The House and Barn Wedding Photography

Mercedes and I had such an amazing time photographing this awesome couples big day! Erin + Khristopher knew they wanted an intimate celebration, and the beautifully rustic House and Barn was a fantastic location for their friends and family to enjoy this very special moment. The grounds had an abundance of a great backdrops for photos ranging from antique wagons to weeping willows, and the weather had the quintessential hallmarks of a perfect fall day. As photographers we couldn’t have asked for more to work with. A romantic first touch only built the excitement and the moment Khristopher saw his bride walk down the isle he knew this was truly the best day of his life. After a quick but heartfelt ceremony everyone made their way to the warm barn for some delicious food and fun. It always seems to go so fast and before we knew it everyone gathered outside for a epic sparkler send off to end the night right. We coulnt’t be happier for this great couple and wish them a lifetime of happiness!
