We are so happy to share some of Liz + Derek’s amazing moments throughout their big day. The James Audubon Center was truly an amazing venue for this down to earth couple with the right blend of open greenery and rustic charm. We started off the day with an absolutely heartwarming first look in a romantic and secluded location on the backside of the historic house. Right as it was unfolding a tremendous thunder let out which definitely added to the already unbelievable energy at the moment! A little drizzle did not stop anyone from wanting to continue to use the beautiful backdrops for some photos before the ceremony. Choosing to bring the ceremony inside turned out great not only because everyone got to appreciate the true historic architecture of the venue but it also gave us enough time for the storm to pass. Sometimes things just line up perfectly! As always the day flies by fast and Liz + Derek were being introduced as newlyweds to all their delightful friends and family. Delicious food, some genuine words, and good tunes really got everyone ready for the celebrating! We couldn’t be happier and wish Liz + Derek a lifetime of joy!
